Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

  • Orders below ₹799: Shipping fee of ₹60

  • Orders of ₹799 and above: FREE Shipping

Special promotions may occasionally include free shipping on all orders.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.

You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  • Record a video before opening the package.

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

  • Contact us immediately at aevrynjewels@gmail.com.

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Currently, Aevryn Jewels ships only within India.
