Return & Refund Policy

At Aevryn, we carefully inspect every piece before it is shipped. As our products are fashion jewellery and personal accessories, we currently accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal preference or dislike of the product.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to photography and screen settings.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth resolution process, customers must record an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video should:

  • Clearly show the unopened package from all sides.

  • Capture the opening process in one continuous recording.

  • Clearly display the product and any damage or defect.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund approval.

Return Request Process

  1. Email us at aevrynjewels@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order Number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Unboxing video

    • Brief description of the problem

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement item is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Damaged During Transit

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please record a video and contact us immediately before using the product.
